Candles & Open Flames

Candles, incense, hookahs, and other open flames or burning materials are not allowed in your unit.

Open flames are a fire hazard, can cause smoke damage, and may trigger smoke alarms or sprinklers.

• Use flameless LED candles or electric diffusers instead.

• Inform guests of the no-flame policy before they visit.

• Store any flammable materials safely and in compliance with fire codes.

Tenants may be responsible for fire damage, smoke cleaning, and false alarm fees.
