Utilities: What You Pay & How

You are responsible for all utilities except trash. In some complexes, we also cover water — check your agreement for details.

• Pay utility bills directly to providers unless stated otherwise in your agreement. Put all required utilities in your name by move‑in.

• If we pay utilities on your behalf, we will bill them back to you.

• Missed payments result in provider fees plus a $50 admin fee from us.

• Large item disposal is your responsibility.

Paying utilities on time ensures your services remain uninterrupted and avoids additional fees. Clear responsibility prevents billing confusion.
