Rules
No trash, laundry, furniture, or storage in shared spaces.
BBQs must be 15+ feet from buildings and vegetation.
No feeding wildlife — including birds and squirrels. Outdoor food attracts pests.
Follow dumpster signage and avoid overflows.
Do not alter building exteriors, landscaping, or other common property without approval.

Shared spaces are for everyone’s benefit. Keeping them clear, clean, and safe helps prevent pests, avoids hazards, and ensures all residents can enjoy the property.
