Pet Policy
Overview
In most cases, we welcome pets, but they must be approved and meet our requirements to ensure all residents enjoy a safe, clean, and well-maintained community.
Requirements
$50+/pet/month rent.
$400 additional security deposit.
Maximum of 3 pets total.
Each pet must be registered through PetScreening.com.
Why It Matters
Pets can be wonderful companions, but they can also cause damage and create disturbances. These rules help protect your home, your neighbors’ comfort, and your security deposit.
How to Get Approval
Complete the PetScreening.com application.
Wait for written approval before bringing your pet into the property.
Keep your pet under control and clean up after them at all times.
Clean up after your pet immediately — indoors and in common areas.
Follow all local laws regarding licensing, vaccinations, and leash rules.
Fees & Penalties
Pet rent: $50+/pet/month.
Additional security deposit: $400 total, regardless of number of pets.
Damage beyond normal wear and tear will be deducted from your security deposit.
Unapproved pets may result in additional fees or lease termination.
