Guest Policy
Overview
You’re welcome to have guests, but limits are in place to protect the comfort and security of all residents.
Rules
No guest may stay more than 10 consecutive days.
No guest may stay more than 14 total days in any 12-month period (includes relatives).
Long-term guests may need to be added to your lease.
You are 100% responsible for the behavior of your guests, including following quiet hours, parking rules, and all community guidelines.
Short‑term rentals are not allowed. Don’t list your home on STR platforms or accept compensation for stays.
Why It Matters
We balance your right to host with the needs of your neighbors for a peaceful, predictable community. Long-term guests without approval can create parking, noise, and safety issues.
If You Need More Time
Contact us before your guest reaches the limit. Sometimes, extended stays can be approved in writing. If the guest will be living with you permanently, they may need to apply as a roommate.
