If you get locked out, we can help — but there’s a $100 lockout fee, and after-hours service may take longer to arrange. The first lockout is free.

This keeps your home secure while giving you options if you’re locked out — and ensures our team can prioritize emergencies first.

• If you have a roommate, see if they can let you in.

• If you’ve given a spare key to a trusted contact, try them first.

• Call during business hours for the fastest response.

• After hours, we’ll assist as soon as possible, but delays are likely.

• If you lose your key, we must replace the lock immediately for your safety. That cost will be billed to you.
