Feeding birds, squirrels, or leaving outdoor food is not allowed.

Outdoor food attracts pests, damages property, and can create sanitation issues for the entire community.

• Dispose of food waste promptly in sealed containers.

• Do not place bird feeders, squirrel feeders, or pet food outdoors.

• Report any pest sightings to management immediately.

Tenants may be charged for pest control or property cleaning resulting from food left outside.

• Common Area & Grounds Guidelines – Respect shared spaces to keep them clean.
