Right of Entry: How We Give Notice
Overview
Most of the time, we’ll simply text or call you to find a time that works best for everyone. If that doesn’t work, or if we need to get something done quickly, we’ll post a 24‑hour notice and then come by at the stated time. Emergencies or court orders are the only times we might need to enter right away without notice.
Why It Matters
We want you to feel comfortable in your home. Our goal is always to give you a heads‑up and work around your schedule whenever we can.
What to Expect When We Need Access
Expect a text or call first when we need access.
If that time doesn’t work, let us know so we can adjust.
For emergencies, we may have to enter immediately, but we’ll fill you in as soon as possible.
Repeatedly refusing lawful entry is a lease violation.
