Written & Actual Notice: How We Communicate
Edited
Overview
We try to keep things simple: usually, you’ll hear from us by text or email. If it’s something official, we may also drop off or mail a written notice, sometimes with a copy taped to your door. Phone calls, voicemails, and in‑person chats also count as “actual notice.”
Why It Matters
Clear communication keeps you informed and avoids surprises. Knowing the different ways we might reach you helps you stay on top of deadlines.
How to Stay on Top of Notices
Keep your contact info up to date—phone, email, and mailing address.
Check your door if we let you know a written notice is coming.
When you get a notice, read it fully so you know what to do and by when.
