Moving Out Without Surprises

To end your lease, give us 30 days’ written notice. The notice can be sent by filling out our online form.

Following these steps means fewer surprises, a smoother transition, and the best chance of receiving your full security deposit back.

1. Give 30 days’ written notice. Fill out our online form: furlo.com/move-out

2. Final rent — If you move out before the end of your notice period and we rent the unit sooner, we’ll reimburse you for the unused days (calculated daily).

3. Move-out checklist:

   1. Review your Move-In & Move-Out Condition Report.

   2. Clean all surfaces — floors, walls, windows, counters, and shelves.

   3. Remove all personal items, trash, and food.

   4. Leave all appliances, fixtures, and installed items unless approved for removal.

   5. Disconnect utilities and update your mailing address (USPS Change of Address).

   6. Return all keys to avoid replacement charges.

4. Final walkthrough: Contact us when you’re ready to schedule.

5. Feedback & forwarding address: Complete our short feedback form.
