Key Points Covered
Basic Lease Info: Names, property address, lease start date, rent amount, and payment schedule clearly listed.
Rent & Fees: Rent amount repeated in multiple sections for clarity. Includes late charges and NSF (non-sufficient funds) fees if payments bounce.
Use of Property: Home is for residential use only — no large parties or operating a business.
Quiet Hours: 10pm to 7am daily.
