Smoking, vaping, and marijuana use are strictly prohibited inside your unit, in common areas, and anywhere on the property. This policy applies to all tenants, guests, and visitors.

These substances can cause property damage, create lingering odors, and pose health and safety risks to others. Smoke and vapor can travel through walls and vents, affecting neighbors and increasing turnover costs.

1. Refrain from smoking or vaping inside your unit, on balconies, patios, or anywhere on the property.

2. Inform your guests of this rule before they arrive.

3. If you need help quitting, contact local cessation resources (such as the Oregon Quit Line: 1-800-QUIT-NOW).

Violations may result in non-compliance fees, cleaning and remediation charges, plus lease enforcement actions up to and including termination.
