Wall Hangings

You can personalize your home with wall hangings, but they must be installed in a way that avoids damage.

Improper hanging methods can cause holes, cracks, or peeling paint, resulting in costly repairs when you move out.

1. Use small nails (<1”) only.

2. Limit to 40 total nails in the unit.

3. Avoid large screws, anchors, or adhesives that damage walls.

4. Command Strips are allowed if removed carefully.

Wall damage beyond normal wear may be deducted from your security deposit.
