Maintenance Requests
Overview
If something in your home isn’t working properly, let us know right away so we can fix it. The easiest way to request maintenance is through DoorLoop, our online tenant portal. You can also reach us by text, phone, or email if that’s more convenient.
Why It Matters
Reporting issues quickly keeps your home safe, prevents small problems from becoming bigger, and helps protect your security deposit. Our goal is to resolve maintenance requests as quickly and efficiently as possible.
How to Request Maintenance
Submit a request through DoorLoop (preferred).
Include a photo or short video of the issue if possible. This helps us bring the right tools and fix it in one visit.
Alternative methods: You may also text, call, or email us.
Emergency repairs:
If something poses an immediate risk to your health or safety (like water leaks, electrical hazards, or structural damage), call us right away.
If you can’t reach us quickly, you have permission to call the appropriate company directly. We will cover the bill or reimburse you.
Response times:
Hazardous issues (e.g., water, electrical, heating) will be repaired within 3 days.
Other issues will be handled as soon as possible, usually after coordinating a time with you.
Fire, medical, or security emergencies: Always call 911 first, then notify us.
Tips to Help Us Help You
Be specific in your request (e.g., “kitchen sink leaking under the cabinet” is more helpful than “sink problem”). Include a photo or short video of the issue if possible.
If something has been ongoing, note when it started and whether it’s getting worse.
Let us know your availability so we can schedule repairs quickly.
