Our fees cover the cost of managing your property professionally and consistently. They are clearly outlined in your management agreement.
Why It Matters
Understanding fees upfront ensures there are no surprises and allows you to budget accurately.
Key Points Covered
Management Fee: % of gross rent (or minimum flat fee).
Setup Fee: $50 per unit.
Turnover Fee: $175 for residential, $500 for commercial.
Maintenance Coordination Fee: 10% of vendor costs for large projects (for example, building a laundry center inside an apartment building).
Extraordinary Duties: $50/hour for services outside the agreement (with advance notice).
Tenant Fees (retained by Furlo Property Management, not passed to you): Application fees, late rent, NSF checks, smoke detector tampering ($250), legal notices.
