Overview

Inspections are scheduled property check-ins that help us protect your investment and ensure tenants are following lease terms.

Why It Matters

Regular inspections catch small problems before they become expensive repairs. They also confirm that your insurance requirements are met and that tenants are maintaining the home responsibly.

Our Inspection Schedule

  • Move-In/Move-Out: Full condition report for deposit accountability.

  • 90-Day Inspection: After a new tenant moves in, to ensure everything is going smoothly.

  • Annual Inspections: Once a year to check for maintenance needs and lease compliance.

  • Extra Inspections: Available upon request ($50 each).

What We Check

  • Smoke detectors and safety equipment.

  • Signs of water damage, leaks, or mold.

  • General cleanliness and upkeep.

  • Lease compliance (pets, smoking, unauthorized occupants).

  • Yard and exterior condition.

Insurance Connection

Most insurance policies require proof that properties are reasonably maintained. Regular inspections document that you’re meeting those standards, protecting you in case of claims .
