1. Review the Listing Carefully

4. Start the Online Application

   1. Click the “Apply” link or button on the listing page for the specific unit.

   2. Complete all required fields for each adult (18+) who will live in the home.

   3. Double-check email addresses and phone numbers — this is how we’ll reach you.

5. Authorize Screening (this happens after you take a tour)

   1. Agree to the credit, background, and rental history checks.

   2. Make sure all the information you provide is accurate—false info can be grounds for denial.

   3. Submit the screening fee online for each adult applicant.
