Move-Out Refund Policy

Edited

Overview

When you give notice to move out, you’re responsible for rent through the 30-day notice period. However, if you vacate earlier, you may qualify for a refund.

Why It Matters

This policy gives you flexibility and can save you money if the unit is re-rented quickly.

How It Works

  1. Provide a standard 30-day notice. A quick email is fine.

  2. If you fully vacate early (returning keys & a clean unit), we’ll advertise and show the unit immediately.

  3. If a new tenant moves in before your 30 days are up, you’ll receive a rent refund for those overlapping days.

  4. If no one rents before the 30 days, you remain responsible for the full month.
